The With You, Our Love Will Make It Through anime revealed a new character trailer featuring the newly revealed ending theme song “Kimi ni Naretara” by Yoh Kamiyama. In addition to the new character trailer, the anime revealed a new key visual showing off the four central characters. With You, Our Love Will Make It Through previously revealed a trailer featuring the opening theme, a new cast member, and an October 14, 2025 release date for Japan. The character trailer focuses on the series’ four central characters: Mari Asaka, Tsunagu Hidaka, Yukihiro Aida, and Kisara. Each comes into contact with each other in a variety of ways, navigating the emotional complexities and tensions of their youth. The first half of the trailer features the previously announced opening theme “Kusuguttai.” performed by CHiCO with HoneyWorks as well as an encounter between Mari and Tsunagu. The second half of the trailer reveals the ending theme “Kimi ni Naretara” by Yoh Kamiyama and showcases glimpses into Yukihiro’s quiet, hidden feelings and Kisara’s inner emotional conflict.
Yoh Kamiyama commented on the revelation of the ending theme:
Hello, I’m Yoh Kamiyama, and I’m honoured to be performing the ending theme for the series. The song I wrote, “Kimi ni Naretara,” centres on the theme of expressing honest feelings while overcoming various emotional barriers. I aimed to create a sound that draws listeners in, and I hope you’ll enjoy it along with the lyrics. I’d be truly happy if the music helps deepen the emotional resonance of the anime’s world.
Written and illustrated by Chihiro Yuzuki, the With You, Our Love Will Make It Through (Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru) Japanese manga series follows a world where beastfolk exist in human society. The manga is serialized on Manga Mee published by Shueisha. The synopsis is described:
In the year 20XX, beastfolk are a small part of human society. An exceptional student, Tsunagu, a beastfolk, joins the class of Mari, a high school student who lives in a town where beastfolk and humans coexist. Although she is confused by her first contact with a beastfolk, as they spend time together as classmates, she finds herself drawn to the kind and pure Tsunagu. Tsunagu is also captivated by the “sweet smell” that Mari exudes, and is fascinated by her beauty and strength. But in this world, where the Beastfolk are separated behind a wall, the mere act of being close to a human and a Beastfolk is met with curiosity. Not to mention falling in love. A human and a beastfolk. What will happen to their love that transcends their races?
