14 years after the Hunter x Hunter (2011) anime debuted in October 2011, Selecta Visión’s Anime Box streaming service has confirmed that it will stream the series in Spanish (Castilian) dubbed starting on September 12. New Hunter x Hunter episodes will premiere on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This marks the first time that the 2011 version has streamed in Castilian Spanish.

Hunter x Hunter (2011) received a Latin American Spanish dub in 2023. The 1999 anime by Nippon Animation received dubs in both versions. Anime Box will also stream the 2011 series with the original Japanese and subtitles.
September is proving to be a major month for fans of Yoshihiro Togashi’s Hunter x Hunter series; for the first time since December 2024, Togashi has resumed providing updates on his manga progress, revealing just yesterday that he had completed specifying the backgrounds in Chapter 417 (via X).
