The previously announced Yowayowa Sensei revealed a new trailer and four additional cast members on Wednesday. The anime is slated to premiere in April 2026.
Joining Marika Kono (voice of Hiyori Hiwamura) and Kakeru Hatano (voice of Akihito Abikura) in the voice cast are:
- Yurie Igoma as Mizuki Mukubayashi
- Yu Sasahara as Yuki Yukishita
- Yuko Natsuyoshi as Kaya Kuguri
- Mai Nakahara as Akemi Abikura
Brain’s Base is animating the series with Hiroshi Ishiodori as director. Yoshifumi Fukushima is in charge of the scripts, Naoki Aisaka is designing the characters, while Akifumi Tada and Rina Tayama are composing the music.
Kamio Fukuchi writes and illustrates the Yowayowa Sensei manga in November 2022. Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine is serializing the series.
