Jujutsu Kaisen released Episode 15 yesterday and we got see one of the most hilarious moments from Toudou Aoi. If you haven’t watched the episode yet, I suggest you do that as soon as possible! Anyway, the episode set up for the Yuuji vs Toudou fight right before the opening song. Their meeting was hype and we got to see awesome animation and our MC immediately getting downed. However, a single question changed the atmosphere: What type of woman do you like?
We already heard Yuuji mention Jennifer Lawrence a few times, so I was looking forward to him meeting Toudou. He obviously answered satisfactory, but the best fake memory of all time was unexpected. Toudou literally played out a past with Yuuji, and we got to see some touching moments that never really happened. Such as them discussing Takada-chan and Yuuji comforting the big guy after he got rejected by the idol. Although it wasn’t real, he did take it pretty seriously.
He even protected Yuuji from the rest of the Kyoto school after that, and then gave advice to him about his technique. However, he did say he wouldn’t hold back, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out by the end of the fight. The rest of the characters seem pretty fun too, so I’m sure the following episodes will be great as well!
If you enjoyed the episode, you can vote Jujutsu Kaisen as the best show Week 4 on our weekly poll! And if you haven’t started it yet, the story goes:
Although Yuji Itadori looks like your average teenager, his immense physical strength is something to behold! Every sports club wants him to join, but Itadori would rather hang out with the school outcasts in the Occult Research Club. One day, the club manages to get their hands on a sealed cursed object. Little do they know the terror they’ll unleash when they break the seal…
The manga, written and illustrated by Akutami Gege, recently surpassed 20 million circulating copies (also including digital release)! That means it doubled sold copies in about 2 months. It has been serialized since March 2018, which is a pretty short amount of time for such a big number. It will likely grow even more alongside the anime adaptation too.
