Monogatari Series Off & Monster Season released the creditless OP video. The opening features “Caramel Ribbon Cursetard,” which is sung by Nadeko (CV: Kana Hanazawa) and Yotsugi (CV: Saori Hayami). The song’s lyrics were written by Megumi Hinata (Meg Rock/Gumi) of Card Captor Sakura fame, while its arrangement and composition were handled by Mito of Clammbon (Hanasaku Iroha ED, Shirokuma Cafe OP).
The opening video showcases a few Easter eggs that long-time Monogatari fans would quickly pick up. For those new to the franchise watching the show without knowledge of the previous titles, it’s full of kawaiiness, and that’s always appreciated.

The song also has the distinction of being the third opening sung by Nadeko and the second by Yotsugi.
