OSHI NO KO Season 2 has revealed a new visual to commemorate the Tokyo Blade stage play opening in the latest episode. The anime was voted as the most anticipated anime of the Summer 2024 season, taking the top in the weekly ranking as well in week 3. The new visual features the characters in their stage play outfits, and you can check it out below.
HIDIVE is streaming OSHI NO KO Season 2, describing the story:
When pregnant young starlet Ai Hoshino appears at Dr. Gorou Amemiya’s clinic, he takes it upon himself to safely (and secretly) deliver her child so Ai can make a scandal-free return to the stage. But on the eve of her delivery, Gorou is slain at the hands of Ai’s deluded stalker — and is subsequently reborn as Ai’s child, Aquamarine Hoshino! The glitz and glamor of showbiz hide the dark underbelly of the entertainment industry. Can he help his new mother rise to the top of the charts?
The OSHI NO KO manga is written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. It launched in April 2020 and is published by Shueisha in its seinen manga magazine Weekly Young Jump. The English language edition is published by Yen Press. The series also has an upcoming live-action drama and movie in development, both of which are set to release later this year.
