Blue Box anime revealed the main trailer featuring the theme songs by Official HIGE DANdism and Eve, along with a new visual and October 3 premiere date. Studio Telecom Animation Film is animating, while Netflix will stream the show worldwide a week earlier than its Japanese broadcast.
The opening theme song is “Same Blue” by Official HIGE DANdism, while Eve performs the ending song “Teenage Blue.” You can hear both in the trailer below.
The voice cast for the Blue Box anime consists of the following members:
- Shoya Chiba as Taiki Inomata
- Reina Ueda as Chinatsu Kano
- Akari Kito as Hina Chono
- Chiaki Kobayashi as Kyo Kasahara
- Yuma Uchida as Kengo Hanyu

Yuichiro Yano is directing the anime, with Miho Tanino as the character designer and Yuko Kakihara in charge of the series composition. Koji Miura writes and draws the manga for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Taiki Inomata, a badminton player aiming for nationals, as he falls for Chisatsu Kano, his beautiful, basketball-loving senpai.
