Blue Box revealed the preview images for Episode 4, along with the synopsis and staff working on the episode. The new episode will premiere on October 24, with Netflix streaming it worldwide. Studio Telecom Animation Film is in charge of the animation, and the anime will be running for 2 consecutive cours. The fourth episode is titled “If that guy wins,” and you can see the preview images below.

The synopsis for the episode is described: About one month has passed since Chinatsu came to the Inomata household, and the district qualifiers for the Inter-High badminton competition are about to begin.
Before his first high school match, Taiki, feeling nervous, gets words of encouragement from Chinatsu, but instead, he becomes more aware of the age difference between them.
On the first day of the qualifiers, where Taiki smoothly progresses in the doubles matches, a guy targeting Chinatsu’s contact information appears before him.
The anime recently also revealed the opening and ending videos following its impressive premiere. The anime also ranked second in our latest weekly poll, with only BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War above it.
Koji Miura writes and draws the manga for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It began in April 2021 and has 17 released as of October 4. The story follows the story between Taiki, a highschool badminton player, and his basketball-loving crush, Chinatsu.
Following the anime’s premiere, a Blue Box café recently opened in Tokyo.
