You and I Are Polar Opposites anime revealed the first trailer and teaser visual, showing the main characters and revealing the main staff members. The adaptation was announced on November 24, the same day the manga series ended, while today marks the release of its final volume.
Studio Lapin Track (Undead Girl Murder Farce) is animating, and the anime is set to release in January 2026. You can watch the trailer below.

Background
You and I Are Polar Opposites was originally published as a one-shot on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ in January 2021, before getting serialized in the same website starting in May 2022. It has been collected into a total of eight volumes as of March 4, 2025. The manga is also available on the MANGA Plus website, which describes its story:
