Secrets of the Silent Witch anime has unveiled the preview for Episode 8, slated to premiere on Friday, August 22, 2025. Takaomi Kanasaki (Princess Connect! Re:Dive) is handling the storyboard and writing the script for the episode under the direction of Kazuho Kunimoto (Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online II).
Episode 8 is available to stream on Crunchyroll and Bilibili. The synopsis is as follows:
After a week away, Monica returns to the academy. Lana and Casey celebrate her comeback in the student cafeteria, and with Claudia joining in, their meal becomes lively. Soon, the topic turns to the upcoming school festival. Casey shares that she plans to put her own embroidery up for sale at the charity bazaar. Monica’s eyes sparkle at the craftsmanship, and Casey promises to make an embroidered piece just for her. Later that afternoon, preparations begin for the delivery of festival supplies. Monica heads to the storage building with Cyril, joined by Casey, who is standing in as a representative for the stage design team, however once they arrive at the warehouse…
Animated by Studio Gokumi, the anime adaptation is based on a light novel written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. Yen Press is licensing the light novel and the manga adaptation by Tobi Tana in English. Saya Aizawa is voicing the main character Monica Everett.
