My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2 revealed a new key visual and trailer, along with a January 5, 2026 premiere date. As previously confirmed, the sequel will be streaming on Crunchyroll worldwide (excluding Asia).
The opening and ending theme songs and artists were also revealed. THREEE performs the opening theme song “CATCH!!!,” while shytaupe performs the ending theme song, “Miss you.” You can hear the opening song in the new trailer below.
Just like with the main series which concluded yesterday, studio BONES FILM is handling the animation production. The main key visual for the second season was also revealed:
Kenichi Suzuki is returning to direct, while the rest of the staff includes Takahiko Yoshida as character designer, Yukihiro Watanabe as art director, Haruko Nobori as color designer, Eiei Cho as director of photography, Mizuki Sasaki as 3DCG director, Kiyoshi Hirose as editor, music by Yuki Hayashi, Shogo Yamashiro, and Yuki Furuhashi, and Masafumi Mima as sound director.

The story of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes manga takes place 5 years before the main story. It is based on Kohei Horikoshi’s work and was written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and drawn by Betten Court. VIZ describes the first volume:
