The LEGO Group and Netflix have announced a new partnership to bring KPop Demon Hunters into the world of brick building. The collaboration marks the franchise’s first appearance in LEGO form, with one set scheduled for pre-order this spring and more arriving in 2027. Netflix and LEGO previously also collaborated on the ONE PIECE sets.
KPop Demon Hunters, Netflix’s most-watched original film of all time with over 500 million views, continues to expand its reach following its recently-announced toy collections in collaboration with Mattel and Hasbro. The story follows K-pop girl group HUNTR/X as they secretly moonlight as demon hunters, battling supernatural forces while maintaining their global idol fame. The movie’s impact has already extended to music, with HUNTR/X becoming the first K-pop girl group to top Billboard’s Hot 100 and their track “Golden” winning a Grammy.
The first LEGO set will feature a supernatural creature from the film and is targeted at ages 9 and up. Details on the exact creature or build have not been revealed, but the companies confirmed that additional sets expanding the KPop Demon Hunters world will follow in 2027.
Lena Dixen, SVP, Product Group, Core Businesses at the LEGO Group:
“We are beyond the (hon)moon about this new collaboration! KPop Demon Hunters and LEGO fans will finally get to combine their passions and immerse themselves in the world of KPop Demon Hunters through LEGO building. The movie has taken the entire world by storm, and we just couldn’t wait to work with Netflix on this one. We hope fans will be as excited about the sets as we are!”
Marian Lee, Chief Marketing Officer at Netflix:
“As KPop Demon Hunters continues to break records both on and off screen, we’re delighted to continue expanding this world IRL and partner with the LEGO Group for a brand new collection of beautifully designed and authentically-detailed sets – FOR THE FANS!”
KPop Demon Hunters is streaming exclusively on Netflix. More details on the LEGO collaboration will be announced on the official website.
