Bandai Namco highlighted the One-Punch Man anime’s strong performance in its latest FY2026 earnings presentation released on May 13. The series didn’t feature in the prior year’s presentation. Overall, Bandai Namco saw a continued increase in profits from its Visual and Music segment, which includes anime, up 3.4% from FY2025.
Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX was highlighted for its significant contribution, with strong sales across the franchise.

Bandai Namco also praised the contributions from ELDEN RING, which is developed by KADOKAWA subsidiary FromSoftware but published by Bandai Namco overseas; Oasis Management, KADOKAWA’s largest shareholder, recently criticized KADOKAWA CEO Takeshi Natsuno for not bringing ELDEN RING‘s publishing in-house. In statements made this month, Oasis proposed a motion that Natsuno not be reappointed as CEO and company director.
