NIPPON SANGOKU revealed the preview images and synopsis for its final Episode 12, which is set to premiere on Sunday, June 21. Studio Kafka is in charge of the animation. The anime is co-produced with Amazon MGM Studios and is currently streaming weekly on Prime Video.

Through a desperate effort of persuasion, Aoteru finally succeeds in moving the Emperor to action. Yoshitsune also delivers the imperial decree to Ryumon and prepares to face Seii as the rear guard. Meanwhile, Seii seeks to wipe out Yamato in a single blow through its “General Winter Operation.” As both sides put their strategies into motion, the war between the two nations reaches its final stage.

NIPPON SANGOKU (meaning “Japan: Three Kingdoms”) is a manga series by Ikka Matsuki, who serves as both writer and artist. The series started publication in November 2021 through Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday platform and the MangaONE app. The official introduction:
