NIPPON SANGOKU revealed the preview images and synopsis for Episode 5, which is set to premiere on Sunday, May 2. Studio Kafka is in charge of the animation. The anime is co-produced with Amazon MGM Studios and is currently streaming weekly on Prime Video.

In Seii, Ohga Wajima proclaims a campaign to subjugate Yamato, establishing a new authoritarian regime. After forming a new government overnight and declaring his intentions across the country. Wajima quickly wins over the populace through both his charisma and political skill. As a result, momentum builds within Seii toward a full-scale campaign against Yamato.
