The previously announced A Livid Lady’s Guide to Getting Even: How I Crushed My Homeland with My Mighty Grimoires anime unveiled a new key visual along with three additional cast members and the opening and ending theme songs. The anime is scheduled to premiere in July 2026.
Yui Ogura will perform the opening theme “Q.E.D.”, while Aguri Onishi will perform the ending theme “Goodbye Lullaby.” Comments from both artists have also been released.
Yui Ogura:
This track is a dance tune defined by its eccentric edge and dark beat, inspired by the revenge story of the series’protagonist, Elizabeth. I’d also love for you to pay attention to the song’s ever-changing structure as it unfolds.
Aguri Onishi:
I’m Aguri Onishi, and I had the pleasure of performing the ending theme for this series. This song carries a sense of finality—almost a clean break—as well as a certain coldness, as if it gently distances itself. It’s a piece I don’t think I would have sung if I hadn’t encountered this work. That’s why I truly treasure having come across this song, and I approached it while carefully reflecting on the story.
