Tonikaku Kawaii OVA: Tsukasa and Nasa Had Fun at Night

The much-awaited OVA for the popular anime Tonikaku Kawaii is finally out! It aired in Japan on August 18, 2021, while having a simulcast on Crunchyroll. The title of the OVA is “Tonikaku Kawaii ~ SNS ~“. It’s really fun to watch this episode because the scenes are very wholesome, which makes my heart skip a beat. I really missed Tsukasa and Nasa’s love story, and now that the OVA is out, I can’t contain my happiness.

Warning: Spoilers Ahead.

To begin with, Nasa gives Tsukasa a cellphone as a gift, which makes her very happy. I’m really laughing at this part because Tsukasa is smiling like there’s no tomorrow but also admits that she doesn’t know how to use it. Still, this is wholesome because the first thing Tsukasa did was to taking a picture of Nasa to make it her wallpaper.

After taking a picture, they decide to exchange their contact info, but because of certain circumstances, both of their faces turn red. Thus, the environment between the two of them becomes awkward. I had a smile on my face while watching this scene, and I don’t know the reason why. I just can’t help smiling.

Tsukasa’s loneliness

While Tsukasa is enjoying the cellphone, Nasa suddenly tells her that he needs to go to work, and he is probably not going back until tomorrow morning. It really makes Tsukasa sad but she can’t let Nasa see through her, so she tries to understand his situation. Before leaving, Nasa promises that he will send a message to Tsukasa while he is at work. However, the night came, and she still didn’t get one.

Tsukasa thinks Nasa forgot that he was supposed to send her a message, so she is on the verge of crying when her phone suddenly rings. There, Tsukasa sees Nasa’s message, stating the reason why he couldn’t have texted her earlier. They exchanged sweet words with each other which made me jump out of my bed. This scene is really cute. I really wish I had a Tsukasa in my life.

The Fun at Night

Then, at 4 o’clock in the morning, Nasa finally arrives at home. He sees Tsukasa patiently waiting for him with a smile on her face because she couldn’t sleep at all. Since Tsukasa really misses Nasa, she aggressively kisses Nasa and clings to him before sleeping. Not only that, but she also said that he wants Nasa to pamper her, and the first thing to come into Nasa’s mind are dirty thoughts since it’s dark.

For those who are not watching the OVA yet, I will leave what happens next to your imagination. However, when I watched this scene, there was only one thing that I was sure of, and that is the fact that I’m jealous of Nasa.

After that night, Tsukasa and Nasa become awkward with each other, so all of the people who see them are saying that they had fun last night. They are also blushing when the two of them are together. The rumor that Tsukasa and Nasa had fun last night managed to reach Chitose’s house.

The episode ends with Nasa asking Tsukasa to give him a goodnight kiss. Honestly, I really wish the anime had a second season.
