As of August 25, 2021, “Tokyo Revengers” manga by Ken Wakui is sitting on a comfortable top 39 spot on MAL (My Anime List) rankings. Right now, the popular manga has a score of 8.74, scoring higher than a lot of extremely popular manga titles.
Among the manga that “Tokyo Revengers” has surpassed over on MAL, we can see titles like “Chainsaw Man,” “Attack on Titan,” “Jujutsu Kaisen,” “Hunter x Hunter,” and even “Death Note”! What’s more, the manga is selling incredibly well as, just a month ago, it exceeded over 32 million copies in circulation! To top it off, the “Tokyo Revengers” live-action adaptation earned over 3.2 billion yen (~US$20.4 million) in just a month! Right now the series also has an ongoing anime adaptation which, as of the moment of writing, has 20 episodes.
