One Piece Volume 100 Sells Over a Million Copies in a Week and Ranks 1st on Oricon

Oricon has reported that One Piece volume 100 sold 1,173,000 copies. It immediately needed to be reprinted after the release on September 3, and it easily ranked 1st in their weekly manga ranking which released today. Additionally, they also reported that the ONE PIECE Magazine Volume 12 sold 42.000 copies during its first week on sale. The cover of the volume:

  3. Ao Ashi Volume 25
  4. Look Back
  5. Natsume’s Book of Friends Volume 27
  6. Ao Ashi Brother Foot Volume 1
  7. Boruto Volume 15
  8. Futo Detectives Volume 11
  9. One Piece Volume 99
  10. Kujo’s Great Sin Volume

One Piece Volume 100 sold over 3 times more than the 2nd rank Kaiju No. 8, which sold about 332,401 copies. Since volume 50, the series has topped Oricon’s weekly ranking every time a new volume came out! You can catch up to the One Piece manga for free on either VIZ website or MANGA Plus.
