ESTAB-LIFE project by Goro Taniguchi has been announced. ESTAB-LIFE is a media-mix project, which will include a TV anime titled ESTAB-LIFE: Great Escape, the movie ESTAB-LIFE: Revengers’ Road, and a game ESTAB-LIFE: Unity Memories (by Square Enix). The TV anime is set to air in April 2022 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra block, with Crunchyroll streaming it outside of China and Japan. Polygon Pictures animating the series.

Polygon Pictures revealed the staff for the upcoming ESTAB-LIFE: Great Escape TV anime:

Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion) is also writing and directing the ESTAB-LIFE: Revengers’ Road movie.

The distant future. After reaching its peak, Earth’s population fell into decline.
AI was developed to help preserve the species and manage the ecosystem; a grand experiment in human diversity.
Through genetic engineering, a diverse array of peoples, including beastfolk, magical beings, and more, was created to live in a diverse city separated into walled “clusters”.
Each cluster developed a unique culture, befitting the people that lived there.
