Season 3 of Kaguya-sama: Love Is War is getting a special announcement on a pre-screening event which will be held on March 18. The main cast from the anime, Aoi Koga, Makoto Furukawa, Konomi Kohara, Ryota Suzuki, and Miyu Tomita are also scheduled to make an appearance.
The official website is now hosting a lottery and the lucky winners will get up to two tickets. The tickets will also be open to the general public from March 12 on a first-come-first-serve basis. The information was revealed after a cryptic tweet on the anime’s official Twitter earlier today:
Studio A-1 Pictures is animating the sequel, which will be directed by Mamoru Hatakeyama, who also directed the first two seasons (note Hatakeyama is Shinichi Omata’s alias). Yuko Yahiro is doing character designs, Yasuhiro Nakanishi is doing series composition, and Kei Haneoka is composing the music. The main cast is returning and it includes:
- Aoi Koga as Kaguya
- Makoto Furukawa as Shirogane
- Konomi Kohara as Chika
- Ryouta Suzuki as Ishigami
- Yumiri Hanamori as Hayasaka
- Miyu Tomita as Miko
- Rina Hidaka as Kobachi
The third season is also known as Kaguya-sama: Love is War – Ultra Romantic
