One Piece Manga to Enter Final Saga in 4 Weeks, Returns on July 25

In case you missed the news, there will be no ONE PIECE chapter this week or the next 4, with the manga set to enter its final saga on July 25. Eiichiro Oda is taking a hiatus to prepare for the final saga, and there will be a ton of activities for the series this year. The manga is celebrating its 25th anniversary, the ONE PIECE FILM RED is currently being filmed, and the One Piece: Odyssy game is launching. Back on June 8, Oda drew a special illustration for the announcement with the words “to the final chapter” written on it:

The upcoming ONE PIECE FILM RED movie is also coming outside Japan this fall, and two of the songs for the upcoming were already released alongside animated music videos, and they are the main theme song “New Genesis” and collaboration with Mrs. Green Apple “I’m invincible.”

While the ONE PIECE manga is on its break ahead of the final saga, you can catch up to the latest manga chapter for free on either VIZ website or MANGA Plus. Meanwhile, the anime released a recap episode focused on Oden today, and it will continue with the fight against Queen and his virus next week with episode 1023 titled “All Set! Chopperphage Nebulizer!”
