A preview trailer was released for episode 2 of DanMachi Season 4 (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon IV) on the official Warner Bros. Japan Youtube channel. The upcoming episode titled “The Great Falls” will air on Thursday, July 28. The anime is streaming exclusively on HIDIVE.

The new season of DanMachi finally premiere last week after an almost two-year wait! The Season 4 premiere primarily focused on re-introducing a bunch of familiar faces and didn’t waste any time in kickstarting the highly anticipated Labyrinth Arc. While the episode itself wasn’t any spectacle to behold, it did a wonderful job of setting the pace and tone for what many light novel readers consider an incredible arc of the series. So anime fans, you’re in for a lot of big moments this season!
DanMachi is an anime adaptation of the original light novel series created by written by Fujino Ōmori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda which began publishing in 2013 under SB Creative. DanMachi Season 4 is directed by Hideki Tachibana and is animated by studio J.C Staff. Shigeki Kimoto is in charge of the character designs and works as the chief animation director while Keiji Inai produces the music. Most of the original cast from the previous season reprised their roles for DanMachi Season 4 along with some new characters!

DanMachi Season 4 starts with Volume 12 of the light novel, which Yen Press describes as:
