Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation author, Rifujin na Magonote, revealed that he plans on writing a new story set in the Mushoku universe. The author revealed his plans after a fan asked him on Twitter. However, the story, which should take place about 80 years after the original, will not be written solely as a Mushoku sequel, the author stated. It is not clear if it will focus on one of the existing characters, but Rifujin an Magonote previously said that Lara and Lily might get their own story.
I’m talking about 80 years after the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, but after the anime and Orc Eroica are done. It depends on how long the anime lasts, so maybe in 3 to 8 years. Also, I don’t really intend to write it as a “sequel to Mushoku Tensei.”
