The upcoming The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague anime released a new trailer on Wednesday. Studios ZERO-G and Liber are animating the adaptation. The premiere date is set for January 4, 2023. On the same day, the manga series released the newest, seventh volume. The newly-posted trailer features the opening theme song “FROZEN MIDNIGHT” performed by Takao Sakuma. The song will be available on online streaming services starting on December 23.
The anime is being produced based on Miyuki Tonogaya’s The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague manga serialized on Square Enix’s Gangan pixiv manga website. The series released the first compiled volume on July 22, 2019, and the sixth volume on June 22, 2022. The anime’s premiere date is set for January 4, 2023.
