SYNDUALITY Noir Reveals July 10 Premiere, Additional Cast, Ending Theme

The upcoming SYNDUALITY Noir anime will premiere this July 10, as announced earlier along with information about new cast additions and the ending theme song. The new cast members include Daisuke Sakaguchi as Michael, Daiki Hamano as Bob, and Miku Ito as Maria. Meanwhile, ARCANA PROJECT will perform the anime’s ending theme titled “Eureka”.

Studio 8bit is animating the series, which will stream exclusively on Disney+. Previously announced cast includes:

  • Takeo Otsuka as Kanata
  • Aoi Koga as Noir
  • Nagisa Aoyama as Ciel
  • Yūsuke Kobayashi as Tokio
  • Fuminori Komatsu as Mouton
  • Konomi Inagaki as Ellie
  • Ayaka Ohashi as Ange
  • Taito Ban as Kurokamen
  • M.A.O as Schnee

The official website describes the plot of Synduality anime as:
The “Tears of the New Moon” was a great disaster that brought down a poisonous rain that could kill people if they were exposed to it. More than 100 years have passed since then, and mankind has finally begun to overcome the disaster.
In the “Nest” settlements scattered throughout the devastated world, those who survive are humanoid Magus, equipped with dual-thinking AI.
The year is 2242 A.D. Magus who had fallen asleep wakes up with no memories.

Yusuke Yamamoto is directing the anime. Hajime Kamoshida did the original story concept, with Takashi Aoshima on the series composition. Kenichiro Katsura is listed as the chief animation director as well as the anime’s character designer. As part of the announcement, a collaboration visual with Japanese automotive brand Subaru has been also released:

Synduality Noir is part of a mixed media project by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Bandai Namco Filmworks (formerly Sunrise), and Bandai Spirits. In addition to the anime, the project also has a game that came out in September of last year.
