Voice actors Ai Fairouz and Hochu Otsuka are joining the voice cast of the My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer anime. It will premiere this October, with Typhoon Graphics animating. Check out the character designs for the two characters:
Fairouz Ai will be playing the role of Marguerite, the only daughter of a royal elf family who lives deep in the forest. Ai is known for her roles as Manatsu Natsuumi/Cure Summer in Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure, Emily Orange in Kandagawa Jet Girls, Eripiyo in If My Favorite Pop Idol Made It to the Budokan, I Would Die, Jolyne Cujoh in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, and Power in Chainsaw Man. Her other roles include Delta in The Eminence in the Shadow, Sophia in Bibliophile Princess, Arianne Glenys Lalatoya in Skeleton Knight in Another World, and Cecily in KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!.
Hochu Otsuka will be playing the role of Graham, an old elf who also belongs to the same royal elf family of Marguerite. His most known roles include Jiraya in Naruto, Makoto Soda in Captain Tsubasa, Akira Sendoh and Norio Hotta in Slam Dunk, Metastacia in BLEACH, Hans von Zettour in The Saga of Tanya the Evil, Sakonji Urokodaki in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Hakuro in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. He also did the narration for anime titles such as Durarara!!, Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, Requiem of the Rose King, and The Little Lies We All Tell.

My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer (Boukensha ni Naritai to Miyako ni Deteitta Musume ga S-Rank ni Natteta) is a Japanese light novel series written by Mojikakiya and illustrated by toi8. The story was originally published as a web novel and picked up by Earth Star Entertainment, which has been serialized in its Earth Star Novel imprint since 2018. A total of 11 volumes are currently out. The illustrator, toi8, is a well-known artist who has worked on the .hack//The Movie and Maoyuu Maou Yuusha. A manga adaptation is also currently ongoing.
J-Novel Club licensed the light novel in English and describes the plot as:
The life of an adventurer isn’t always a glamorous one. Belgrieve finds this out the hard way when a deadly encounter robs him of his leg and the ability to pursue his dreams not long after setting off for fame and fortune.
