Attack on Titan: The Final Season Reveals Blu-ray/DVD Cover by Director Hayashi

Attack on Titan Final Season revealed a Blu-ray/DVD illustration jacket for Volume 5, which will include the two final installments of the anime adaptation. The release features a case with an illustration drawn by Yuichiro Hayashi, who directed the Final Season at studio MAPPA, a digipack by Tomohiro Kishi, the character designer, a full-color booklet, a selection of storyboards for certain scenes, and a creditless version of the theme song video.

The theme song, “Nisennen… Moshiku wa… Nimannen Go no Kimi e…” was performed by Linked Horizon, with parts by Yui Ishikawa and Yuki Kaji. Linked Horizon returned for the final installment of the anime with two songs: the second song was “Saigo no Kyojin” which was the opening used in the episodic cut of the finale, alongside Ai Higuchi’s “Itterashai.”

Both the Blu-ray and DVD release cost 16,500 yen (around 110 USD) and go on sale on March 20, 2024. The full set is visible below:
