We learned about Rit’s love for Red in episode 5 of Banished From Hero’s Party anime. Rit retired from being an adventurer and started living with Red, who is the best adventurer in Zoltan. Many higher-ups take action to get her back in adventuring in this episode, and things get a bit complicated.

Through flashbacks in this episode, we got to learn more about Rit and her feelings. Rit’s reason for staying with Red and quitting adventuring are revealed. She also admits that she really cares for Red, while talking to their friend, Yarandrala. It’s refreshing to see a female character who isn’t afraid to show her feelings.
At first, I wondered why Rit didn’t choose to join the hero’s party in the past, however, this episode shows the reason why. I’m glad that some of my questions regarding the story of the series were finally answered.
The Amount of Rit’s Love for Red
Since some people were trying to get Rit back in adventuring, one of them tried to use threats. That person told her that she will expose her true identity and tell her family that she is living with Red. But, Rit doesn’t mind and she is also willing to leave her family if it means that she can be with Red.
I was really looking forward to this kind of scene in anime. It is very satisfying when you see how wholesome the main heroine is with her partner. It seems that there will be more development towards Rit and Red in the future. If you are also curious about Rit’s next move, episode 6 will air on November 10, 2021, and you can watch it on Funimation.
