The Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King movie Blu-ray and DVD will officially release on July 17, 2024. A deluxe edition and regular edition will be released specifically for the Blu-ray. The movie is currently available to watch on Netflix in both sub and English dubbed.

The Blu-ray deluxe edition will cost 10,780 yen (tax included) and will contain a special three-sided case, a special material collection that includes character set, art setting, art boards, original drawings, and countdown drawings. A special soundtrack CD, PV/CM video, and a booklet will also be included. The regular edition of the Blu-ray will cost 6,600 yen (tax included) and includes a PV/CM video and booklet. The DVD will feature the same things but at a cost of 5,500 yen (tax included).
Black Clover Manga
Written and illustrated by Yuki Tabata, Black Clover first began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine back in 2015 and has since released a total of 36 volumes. The series moved over to Jump GIGA magazine in December 2023 to give Tabata a healthier schedule following recent stints of health concerns. VIZ Media picked up the English license for the series and has published the first 34 volumes with Volume 35 slated to release on May 7.
The Black Clover manga currently has over 19 million copies in circulation as of March 2024.
VIZ Media describes the plot of Black Clover as such:
Asta is a young boy who dreams of becoming the greatest mage in the kingdom. Only one problem—he can’t use any magic! Luckily for Asta, he receives the incredibly rare five-leaf clover grimoire that gives him the power of anti-magic. Can someone who can’t use magic really become the Wizard King? One thing’s for sure—Asta will never give up!
The Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King movie Blu-ray will be released on July 17, 2024. No information is available yet for an international release date.
