BLEACH 2022 anime adaptation, which will cover the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc, has received a new short trailer featuring the Soul Society’s Gotei 13 captains. Previously, short trailers were released for Ichigo & his friends and the Sternritter. The anime will be airing internationally on Disney+ and on Hulu in the US from October 10. It will have a total of four cours, although they will not be consecutive (won’t air season after season). Studio Pierrot is in charge of the production, with Tomohisa Taguchi as the director. Masakazu Morita and Yuki Matsuoka are reprising their roles as Ichigo and Orihime. Takayuki Sugo is joining as Yhwach. You can check out the full voice cast, while the staff for the anime includes:

Studio Pierrot previously produced the original TV anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 with a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media licensed it in English, and they describe the BLEACH 2022 (TYBW) story:
The peace is suddenly broken when warning sirens blare through the Soul Society. Residents there are disappearing without a trace and nobody knows who’s behind it, meanwhile, a dark shadow is also extending itself toward Ichigo and his friends in Karakura Town…
