Blue Box revealed the creditless version of the opening and ending videos, following the premiere of Episode 1. Netflix is streaming the anime worldwide. Studio Telecom Animation Film is animating, and the anime was confirmed to run 2 consecutive cours.
The opening theme song is “Same Blue” by Official HIGE DANdism, and you can watch the opening video below.
The ending theme song is “Teenage Blue” by Eve.
The voice cast for the Blue Box anime consists of the following members:
- Shoya Chiba as Taiki Inomata
- Reina Ueda as Chinatsu Kano
- Akari Kito as Hina Chono
- Chiaki Kobayashi as Kyo Kasahara
- Yuma Uchida as Kengo Hanyu

Yuichiro Yano is directing the anime, with Miho Tanino as the character designer and Yuko Kakihara in charge of the series composition. Koji Miura writes and draws the manga for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Taiki Inomata, a badminton player aiming for nationals, as he falls for Chisatsu Kano, his beautiful, basketball-loving senpai.
