Castlevania Nocturne Season 2 revealed an incredible new trailer, along with a key visual and January 16 release date. The animated series will run for 8 episodes, with each one lasting ~25 minutes. Powerhouse Animation is animating, with Sam Deats and Adam Deats as director. It will stream on Netflix.
The showrunners are Kevin Kolde and Clive Bradley, with Bradley also serving as creator/writer (Episodes 1, 4, 5, 7, 8). The rest of the writers include Testament (Episode 2), Temi Oh (Episode 3, Zodwa Nyoni (Episode 6). Project 51 Productions is in charge of the production. Credited as executive producers are Clive Bradley, Adam Deats, Sam Deats, Kevin Kolde, Fred Seibert, and Adi Shankar.
The first trailer was revealed in September.
The voice cast includes:
- Edward Bluemel as Richter Belmont
- Pixie Davies as Maria Renard
- Thuso Mbedu as Annette
- Sydney James Harcourt as Edouard
- Nastassja Kinski as Tera
- Zahn McClarnon as Olrox
- Franka Potente as Erzsebet Báthory

Now joined by the legendary Alucard, Richter Belmont and his band of vampire hunters are in a desperate race against time. Erzsebet Báthory, the Vampire Messiah, who already seems invincible, seeks the full power of the goddess Sekhmet so she can plunge the world into endless darkness and terror.
Castlevania: Nocturne focuses on Richter Belmont, the descendant of Trevor Belmont, the protagonist of the original Castlevania animated series.
