Cultural Exchange with Game Center Girl is officially getting a TV anime adaptation, with no other details revealed. The author Hirokazu Yasuhara made the announcement on X, along with a special illustration to commemorate it.

Yasuhara began the Cultural Exchange with Game Center Girl manga in December 2019 on Twitter and Pixiv. It was later serialized by Fujimi Shobo via the Niconico Seiga website since May 2020, with eight volumes released as of July 2024.
The manga also released a promotional video with the release of its second volume in July 2021, which featured voice actress Nao Toyama as the protagonist Lily.
The synopsis is described:
A Heartwarming Comedy with a Cute British Girl
The protagonist, Renji Kusakabe, who works part-time at an arcade, unexpectedly meets a British girl named Lily, and somehow, they end up exchanging diary entries!?
Though Renji is constantly thrown off by the innocent and lively Lily, is this cross-cultural exchange leading to friendship, or perhaps…?
