This marks DAN DA DAN‘s debut on U.S. television and is timely, as the second season streams in the U.S. on Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Hulu. DAN DA DAN was among the most-watched TV series for 18 to 49-year-olds between September 2024 and April 2025, according to Nielsen. The series ranked a joint 58th out of 100, attracting an estimated 2.6 million viewers.
Toonami’s acquisition of DAN DA DAN also follows the recent debut of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War—scheduled 30 minutes after DAN DA DAN—which was confirmed to air in 2026 alongside a new visual at Anime Expo. Dragon BALL DAIMA recently debuted on Toonami on June 14 (15).
