Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Anime Movie Reveals Official Runtime

The upcoming Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle will run for 155 minutes (2 hours, 35 minutes), as revealed on July 6 with the announcement of the film’s earliest runtimes. The film also has a PG-12 rating.

While the film will screen in an initial 452 theaters (393 regular + 59 IMAX theaters), the highest in franchise history, 24 theaters in 11 prefectures nationwide will have the earliest screening at exactly midnight on July 18. Seats will go on sale from 0:00 on Monday, July 14th.

Haruo Sotozaki directs Infinity Castle at ufotable. An excerpt from the official Infinity Castle synopsis reads:
As the Demon Slayer Corps members and Hashira engaged in a group strength training program, the Hashira Training, in preparation for the forthcoming battle against the demons, Muzan Kibutsuji appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the head of the Demon Corps in danger, Tanjiro and the Hashira rush to the headquarters but are plunged into a deep descent to a mysterious space by the hands of Muzan Kibutsuji.
The destination of where Tanjiro and Demon Slayer Corps have fallen is the demons’ stronghold – the Infinity Castle.
And so, the battleground is set as the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the Demons ignites.
