Crunchyroll announced that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle will debut exclusive footage from the film at San Diego Comic Con 2025 on July 26 in Hall H. Film director Haruo Sotozaki, Director of Photography Yuichi Terao, Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro), Aleks Le (English voice of Zenitsu), and theme song artist LiSA will all be in attendance.

The panel is scheduled in Hall H for Saturday, July 26, at 5:45 PM; the cast and staff will talk about the upcoming movie and reveal exclusive footage at the event. Footage was previously screened at Annecy, where Crunchyroll Executive VP Mitchel Berger also gave a presentation about anime’s growth and appeal.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is set to debut in Japan on July 18. The film will have its earliest screenings at midnight and will be the longest film of the franchise to date, eclipsing Mugen Train by 38 minutes. It will also open in a franchise record number of theaters in Japan, while Crunchyroll Chief Content Officer Asa Suehira teased an international release on an “unprecedented” scale last month.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle‘s international rollout begins on August 14 in the APAC, arriving in Latin America and several EMEA countries on September 11, followed by North America and further EMEA countries from September 12 onwards. Sotozaki directs Infinity Castle at ufotable. An excerpt from the official synopsis reads:
As the Demon Slayer Corps members and Hashira engaged in a group strength training program, the Hashira Training, in preparation for the forthcoming battle against the demons, Muzan Kibutsuji appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the head of the Demon Corps in danger, Tanjiro and the Hashira rush to the headquarters but are plunged into a deep descent to a mysterious space by the hands of Muzan Kibutsuji.
The destination of where Tanjiro and Demon Slayer Corps have fallen is the demons’ stronghold – the Infinity Castle.
And so, the battleground is set as the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the Demons ignites.
