Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 released the preview for Episode 6, which premieres on Friday, February 27. Episode 6 is also the start of the “Divine Revolte Arc,” and the synopsis is as follows:
In a village in the northern plateau, first-class mages Genau and Methode arrive at a request from Seelie to exterminate demons. The village is said to be Genau’s hometown…Fern, Frieren, and Stark also arrive there, having received a similar request. The village has already been wiped out, and the distinctive scars on the victims reveal the presence of a certain demon.

The first season of the anime ran for 28 episodes from September 29, 2024 and it was directed by Keiichiro Saito. MADHOUSE is animating the sequel with Tomoya Kitagawa as director. Tomohiro Suzuki is in charge of the series composition, with Yuri Fujinaka, Keisuke Kojima, and Maru Takase on character designs. Evan Call is composing the music. The series is available to stream on Crunchyroll and Muse Asia.
