GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE is performing the ED for the upcoming Baki Hanma anime. The new song – “Unchained World” is currently available in “Anime Size” (1 minute and 30 seconds long). Baki Hanma streams on Netflix worldwide on September 30, 2021.
The Baki Hanma ED is available to stream on popular platforms such as Spotify and Apple music, but you can also buy it.
GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE is a seven-member Japanese band, that debuted in 2012. They’ve performed anisongs before, for popular titles such as One Piece‘s 18th OP song “Hard Knock Days” and theme song for Ride Your Wave movie. In addition, they’ve also done theme songs for multiple Japanese TV dramas.
The band members shared comments about the song, as well as their feelings about the series in general. Yuta Nakatsuka said that he was proud to be able to perform the ED for the series since it’s his favorite. Alan Shirahama and Ryuto Kazuhara are also fans of the series.
Baki Franchise
Baki Hanma (also known as Baki: Son of Ogre) is the third installment of the recent Baki reboot. Double Eagle and TMS Entertainment animated the first season, which was titled simply Baki, in 2018. The first season had 26 episodes and season two Baki: The Great Raitai Tournament Saga followed in Spring of 2020. The reboot is a Netflix original.
The story is based on a manga franchise by Keisuke Itagaki, which started with Baki the Grappler in 1991. The first anime adaptation was an OVA, Grappler Baki: The Ultimate Fighter, that came out in 1994. The second, Baki the Grappler, came out in 2001, along with the sequel, Baki the Grappler: Maximum Tournament, from 2004. A second Baki OVA by Telecom Animation Film was published in 2016.
In addition to ending theme information Baki Hanma also recently revealed a new trailer, along with the new cast additions.
