In addition, the final chapter will get the lead color page for the G Fantasy issue. The magazine describes the story:
Kyouko and Izumi are two classmates who each lead a double life: the popular and talented Kyouko cares for her little brother by herself while her parents are away, and the quiet, bespectacled Izumi hides his many piercings and tattoos at school. After accidentally discovering each other’s secrets the pair becomes fast friends, and together, they begin to navigate their new relationship together amongst unknowing peers and love rivals alike.
Meanwhile, the anime has aired 6 episodes and is currently ongoing. It will have a total of 13 episodes, and studio CloverWorks is in charge of the production. They are also behind Wonder Egg Priority and the 2nd season of The Promised Neverland this season!
Horimiya manga ran for over 9 years, but the end will likely leave a hole for the fans. Still, it might be the perfect time to end it considering the point where it is at the moment.
