I Want to End This Love Game anime revealed a new visual along with four additional cast members and the opening and ending theme songs. The anime premieres on April 14 with Felix Film animating. CHICO with Honeyworks will perform the opening theme song “Kimi no Sei de Aishiteru” and PompadollS will perform the ending theme song “Little World.” The additional cast consists of:
- Wakana Maruoka as Wakana Asagi
- Takehito Koyasu as Masaru Shinonome
- Yui Ogura as Hinako Hanaba
- Kaede Hondo as Natsuki Moegi
Azuma Tani is directing, Keiichiro Ochi is in charge of writing the script, Yuki Fukuchi is designing the characters, and Akio Matsuda is composing the music. Kaito Ishikawa is voicing Yukiya Asagi and Miku Ito is playing the role of Miku Sakura.
I Want to End This Love Game anime is based on a manga by Yuki Domoto, which has been serialized on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry platform since December 2021. VIZ Media is publishing it in English, describing it as:
After leaving behind his image as a quiet nerd, Yukiya’s ready to break hearts and take names with the ultimate high school glow-up.
