Inori and Hanagata’s I’m in Love with the Villainess is getting a sequel novel! The new series is called Turn Your Gaze Towards Me! and will be available digitally on Kindle starting January 26, 2026. The story follows Aleah, the daughter of Claire and Rae. Amazon Japan lists the first volume with a total of 306 pages.
I’m in Love with the Villainess Franchise Details
Inori originally released I’m in Love with the Villainess as a webnovel on Shosetsuka ni Naro from January 2018 to February 2021. Ainaka Publishing’s GL Bunko later aquired the novel and published it on Amazon Kindle between February 2019 and August 2021.
Ichijinsha began publishing an extended paperback version of the light novel on December 18, 2021. Titled, I’m in Love with the Villainess: Revolution, their versions include additional stories and illustrations, extra content, and an expanded volume count.
In 2021 Inori and Hanagata also released a spin-off light novel, I’m in Love with the Villainess: She’s so Cheeky for a Commoner on Shosetsuka ni Naro . The spin-off retells the original story from Claire’s perspective. Ainaka Publishing’s GL Bunko also aquired and released the title digitally.
Aonoshimo adapted the light novel into a manga in 2020. Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime began serializing the manga in June of that year. I’m in Love with the Villainess also boasts a manhwa adaptation, by Kim Migyo and TSTeam titled, Nae Choeaeneun Ag-yeog-yeong-ae ~Another Revolution Story~.
Seven Seas Entertainment releases the English version of the original novel, spin-off and manga in North America. Studio Platinum Vision adapted the novel into a fall 2023 anime, which is available on Crunchyroll. Turn Your Gaze Towards Me! is available for preorder on Amazon Japan.
