I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss anime revealed a new trailer, along with October 1 premiere. Studio Maho Film is animating the series and Rie Takahashi, who voices the titular villainess is singing the opening theme song. “Kyokan Sarenakute mo Ii ja Nai” can be heard in the new trailer:
In addition to the trailer, I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss anime also revealed information about the ending theme song, performed by ACCAMER and titled “Nomikku“. Kumiko Habara is directing, with Kenta Ihara on the series composition. Eri Kojima, Momoko Makiuchi, and Yuko Obadid the character designs. The cast includes:

- Yuichirou Umehara as Claude Jeanne Elmir
- Jun Fukuyama as Keith Eigrid
- Yuki Ono as Belzebuth
- Kana Hanazawa as Lilia Rainworth

The anime is based on a light novel series written by Sarasa Nagase and illustrated by Mai Murasaki. It has been serialized since September 2017 under the Kadokawa Beans Bunko imprint. A manga adaptation, with art by Anko Yuzu, ran from June 2018 to August 2019 in Kadokawa’s Comp Ace.
Yen Press has licensed both the light novel and manga series in English, describing the plot as:
Avoid the bad ending at all costs! When her fiancé breaks up with her in front of the entire student body, noblewoman Aileen d’Autriche is devastated-or she would have been, if that wasn’t also the exact moment memories of her past life came crashing back!
