L.A. Comic Con (LACC) has confirmed its first-ever lineup of Japanese anime voice actors for the 2025 event, which will run from September 26-28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event previously announced a new partnership with Otaku Collectives to introduce an immersive Akihabara-inspired 40,000-square-foot anime and Japanese pop culture hub, Anime Station.
Appearing guests include Yuriko Yamaguchi (Nico Robin in One Piece, Ritsuko Akagi in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Nurse Joy in Pokémon), Takeshi Kusao (Trunks in Dragon Ball Z, Hanamichi Sakuragi in Slam Dunk), and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger cast members Ryota Ozawa, Yui Koike, and Kazuki Shimizu. Yamaguchi and Kusao are scheduled for panels and autograph sessions on September 27 and 28.
Chris DeMoulin, CEO/GM of Los Angeles Comic Con parent Comikaze Entertainment, said:
“We realize the power of the anime community and recognize their demand for a stronger anime presence at L.A.
