Mission: Yozakura Family Season 2 anime has been officially announced following the finale of the first season. Studio SILVER LINK was in charge of the animation, and the anime ran for a total of 27 episodes. It is streaming on Hulu in the US and Disney+ worldwide. The first season was directed by Mirai Minato, who also handled the series composition. Mizuki Takahashi was the character designer, while Osamu Sasaki and Koji Fujimoto were in charge of the music. The main voice cast includes:

- Kaede Hondo as Mutsumi Yozakura
- Katsuyuki Konishi as Kyoichiro Yozakura
- Aoi Yuki as Shion Yozakura
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Kengo Yozakura

- Yumi Uchiyama as Nanao Yozakura
Mission: Yozakura Family is a Japanese manga written and drawn by Hitsuji Gondaira. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since 2019. VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English. The story follows a high schooler introvert, Taiyo Asano, as he ends up getting married with his childhood friend Mutsumi, who comes from the well known Yozakura (spy) family. His own family died in a tragic accident, and the mystery of it slowly gets untangled as he learns to become a reliable spy himself and protect Mutsumi.
