The upcoming Mono anime has cast Maki Kawase as the content creator and motorcycle enthusiast Kako Komada. Like the rest of the cast, a visual and trailer starring the new character were also revealed. The anime premieres in April 2025.
Aniplex is producing the anime with studio Soigne animating and Ryota Aikei (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 assistant director) as director. Yoko Yonaiyama (A Sign of Affection) is writing the script and Takuya Miyahara is designing the characters. The rest of the cast previously got their visuals/trailers, including:
- Haruna Mikawa as Satsuki Amamiya
- Aoi Koga as An Kiriyama
- Hikaru Tono as Sakurako Shikishima
- Reina Ueda as Akiyama Haruno
The manga was first serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Miracle! magazine in May 2017. After the final issue of the said magazine was released, the series was transferred to the Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine in December of the same year.
Yen Press is publishing the manga in English and they describe the first volume as follows:

Now, club members Satsuki, An, and Sakurako are asked to be the main characters for manga artist Haruno’s latest work that’s centered around action cameras.
