And to celebrate that, the My Deer Friend Nokotan episode 8 preview was released before it’s Wednesday 21 premiere on Crunchyroll.
My Deer Friend Nokotan episode 8 follows the Deer Club through their winter break and the new year’s first shrine visit. But their mundane outing brings a strange encounter. To their disbelief, their resident deer is the worshiped god at the shrine they’re visiting! She has been its God since the start of the year.
My Deer Friend Nokotan is directed by Masahiko Oota, produced by Dentsu and Twin Engine, and animated by WIT Studio. The main voice cast consists of:

Streaming on Wednesdays on Crunchyroll (and on ADN, Amazon Prime, and Anime Onegai), My Deer Friend Nokotan tells the story of former, pseudo-reformed delinquent and student council president Torako “Koshitan” Koshi. She is a girl who wants to put her shameful past behind her and tries to become the salt of the earth. But her well-crafted facade starts to crumble when she meets the deer/human hybrid Nokotan. Instinctively knowing that Koshitan is a delinquent, Nokotan calls her bluff and pesters Koshitan into opening a Deer Club in which Koshitan will be president and will take care of Nokotan on a daily basis.
