The Ultimate Ninja STORM series began in 2009 with NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM. Each new release adapted more of the series’ story. NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4’s story mode marked the series’ first full adaptation. Since then, new releases have also explored Boruto storylines. The latest NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS was released in 2023. While the series has typically been released on consoles, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. published the series’ debut title on mobile this year. It’s priced at $12.99 on both iOS and Android.

Naruto Gets New Artwork For Jump Festa, ROAD TO NARUTO, and Game Sales Milestone

Kishimoto’s new Naruto art joins another new visual celebrating the 30 million sales milestone, as well as art drawn by Boruto co-creator Mikio Ikemoto (via X) for Jump Festa 2025’s Jump Original Art World, and the first look at an upcoming lineup of Naruto art produced for the ROAD TO NARUTO 20th anniversary promo video. All three are below.

First released in 2022, the ROAD TO NARUTO promo video was meant to be quickly followed up by four Naruto special anniversary episodes in 2023. These were delayed to improve the animation quality. TV Tokyo announced earlier this year that the four episodes will be released by the end of Japan’s 2024 fiscal year on March 31, 2025 (TV Tokyo Q&A, Question 3 – PDF).
