Monthly Moso Science, a new original TV anime, released a new key visual. The anime was announced last month and will be broadcast in January 2024. Known as Gekkan Moso Kagaku in Japan, the anime will be animated by OLM’s Team Yoshioka, and directed by Chizuru Miyawaki, with Hiroko Kanasugi on the series composition.
The anime follows the story of a small publishing company behind the science magazine (that leans towards paranormal) and their adventures. One day, a scientist known as Goro visits the editorial department and changes their lives. Suddenly, the team becomes involved in an incident that science can’t explain, and their formerly peaceful lives are gone. The main cast includes:
- Takahide Ishii as Taro J Suzuki
- Kazutomi Yamamoto as Jiro Tanaka
- Yusuke Shirai as Saburo
- Shunichi Toki as Goro Sato
Akane Hirota will be in charge of the character designs, with Fumie Nuibe as the art director. Akiyuki Tatyama is composing the music. Ichigo Umatani is credited with coming up with the original concept for the story,
