Author of Redo of Healer, Rui Tsukiyo, says on Twitter that the English language version of Redo of Healer light novel was “refused” by an overseas publisher. What’s more, she says that fans keep asking her about the English version of her story but unfortunately it’s not out as of now.
In case you don’t know what the show is about, you can also read the synopsis below:
In a dark world of monsters, adventurers, and mages, some of the most gifted healers are subjugated to brute force even by the hands of their compatriots. But one mage, Kayal, gains the ability to rewind time, turn the tables, and right all wrongs.
You can read Rui Tsukiyo’s tweet below:
She also mentions that one of her other novels received an English translation. Yen Press is publishing the series, and the premiere of the first volume happened on December 29, 2020.
We really hope that the book will get its publication in the English language. Infamous or not, it’s a very popular series so spreading the light novel throughout the world shouldn’t be a problem! Also, in case you don’t follow the show, you can watch the series on the HiDive stream (there are 2 episodes out so far)!
